Questionnaire to operators in the agri-food supply chain on effects of the COVID-19 outbreak
European Commission has published via its Joint Research Centre a survey to capture experience of the agri-food chain operators during COVID-19 outbreak.
The Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission launched an online survey to monitor the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic on companies and businesses (within production, distribution, processing, wholesale or retail stages) in the EU agri-food supply chains. The aim of the survey is to better understand the resilience, constraints and responses of operators in the agri-food chain. The survey focuses on the period of the lockdown but also the recovery period. It also looks at the future perspective of operators and the necessary measures to support market activities. To fill in the survey takes approximately 15 minutes. Agri-food chain operators can contribute to the survey until 30 November 2020, after that the anonymous results and key findings will be published on the JRC’s data portal. The survey for supporting organizations is available here. The survey for business operators is available here.
